Byron Ballagh, president of the company, has over 25 years experience in hog, beef and cash crop farming with a keen interest in equipment. Also interested in manure management, Byron experimented with aeration in 1978 when he built his hog finishing barn. He has over 12 years experience in the sale of hog and dairy equipment with some background in poultry as well. He has been very involved in barn design and the layout of manure systems and gutter and tank design. His strong background in fan, natural and dual ventilation systems, having sold all three for a number of years, will certainly be helpful in the direction the company is heading.
