Feed Lot Boxes - Feeding

"Strength through geometry" was the the concept in mind when Artex designed its second generation Feed Lot Box. Equipped with 2 beaters and a stainless steel floor, the Feed Lot Box is built to resist the corrosive properties of feed. The cross conveyor uses the same WR78 chain and cross slats as a truck box floor and also employees a hydraulically controlled chute that raises and lowers to adjust to various trough heights. Flow is metered by a guillotine door and the main box floor is effectively controlled by a Bindicator sensor.

The Feed Lot Box is an Artex innovator with it's easy to service and completely removable cross conveyor. Simply remove 4 bolts and the quick disconnects at the motor, and the entire "cartridge type" conveyor slides out of the truck for servicing!
